Our natural skin care products are of the highest quality, using ingredients from trusted British beekeepers and other local suppliers wherever possible. We work with a small number of suitably certified manufacturing partners in the UK that use our formulations and all products go through a stringent quality control process. We want you to be delighted with your purchase but if for any reason you are unhappy with any item you can return it within 14 days of receipt of your order.
We will be happy to exchange your purchase for a replacement up to the value of your return or to make a refund using the same card or payment service as used when you made your purchase.

You will be responsible for any postage costs and packaging. Please make sure your return is securely packaged and please obtain a proof of postage. Also, please include details of your order number.

Once your return has been received by our team it can take up to 7 working days to fulfil your request. When we’ve dealt with your return we will confirm this to you by email. Please remember that it can take 3 to 4 days after we have processed a refund payment for it to appear on your credit card, PayPal account or bank statement.
How do I cancel an order?
You have the statutory right to cancel your order at any time prior to your order being processed. Please be aware that orders are usually processed on the same or the next day that they are received. Please see our Terms and Conditions.
You also have the statutory right to withdraw from the order at any time after it has been dispatched, but no later than 7 working days after the day after you receive the product. This does not affect your statutory rights.
