- A Woman’s hormone levels change throughout her life and have a large impact on physical and mental wellbeing. The symptoms of hormone imbalance are particularly common during the premenstrual time of the month and the peri-menopausal and menopausal years. Symptoms can be difficult and many women have feelings of being unable to cope.
During this time it is important to take special care of ourselves. Essential oils have been traditionally used to help alleviate some of the stress associated with these hormonal imbalances.
For a refreshing, energising and cooling blend
3 Grapefruit, 2 drops peppermint, 1 drop Rosemary
For a memory-boosting and focusing blend
3 drops of Rosemary, 2 drops of grapefruit, 1 drop peppermint
How to use:
Burner/diffuser: 2-3 drops of your blend into water.
Body oil/massage: 1-2 drops of your blend into a tablespoon of carrier oil
Aromabracelet, Necklace or Car Diffuser: 2-3 drops of your blend on the cotton pad.
Bath: 4-5 drops of oil into a warm bath
