FREE delivery on all UK orders over £30.00

We will ship all orders over £30.00 destined for the UK free of charge.  This will be using the Royal Mail's Tracked 48 service allowing you to track your order online.

Sending a gift? If your order is a gift to a friend, colleague or loved one, simply include your chosen message in the notes section on the checkout page and we will include your message on a gift tag with your order free of charge.

Please note:  Once your order has been placed, we are unable to change your delivery address. Please take extra care to ensure your delivery address is correct and complete.

 

UK Deliveries

Most of our UK deliveries are currently made using Royal Mail and include delivery to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland & the Channel Islands. We want to support our local "posties" who will visit your house every day and by doing so we eliminate the need for additional courier journeys ultimately reducing pollution.

*Express delivery - we will make every effort to guarantee next day delivery for all orders placed before 2 pm on Monday to Friday. For any orders placed after 2pm, it is likely that your delivery will be sent the following day. In addition, orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on a Tuesday using this service. Some deliveries to the Scottish islands and highlands, the Isle of Wight and Isle of Man may take two days.

I have not received my order, what should I do?

Please allow the specified working days stated above for your delivery. If your parcel still hasn’t arrived, please check with your local sorting office to see if they are holding the parcel for you. If your parcel isn’t there, please contact us via buzz@beegood.co.uk and we will be happy to assist you.

Do you always meet your delivery timescales?

We will do our utmost to meet the delivery timescales that we quote. Occasionally a parcel may be late due to reasons that are out of our control.

What if I’m not in when you make a delivery?

Don't worry. If you are in the UK, your friendly Royal Mail ‘postie’ will leave a card saying they've called. Your parcel will be taken to your nearest Royal Mail depot where it will be held safely until you collect it. Don’t forget your ID and card when you collect your order to avoid a wasted journey.

Do you provide free postage and packing?
Yes, all orders destined for a UK address with a value of £20 or over are delivered free of charge. However, we all like free P&P and from time to time we’ll offer it as part of our promotional programme across the year. You have our commitment that we regularly review how best to say ‘thank you’ in other ways.

Will you deliver to a PO box?
We don't currently deliver to PO box addresses.

My order is being shipped outside the European Union (EU). Will I have to pay customs charges?

If your order is being shipped outside the European Union (EU), formal customs entry charges, fees and levies, or local import taxes may apply that you will need to pay directly. Please check these requirements with the relevant authority before placing an order. We may at our discretion require payment by bank transfer rather than by credit card prior to shipping.

Do I need to consider any additional restrictions on international shipments?
Not particularly, you will receive an email with tracking details so that you can follow your orders progress from the UK to your home country. Please ensure that there will be somebody available at the delivery address who will be able to provide a signature for your parcel if required. 

Do you deliver to BFPO addresses?Yes, we’re proud to service you. Please enter your delivery address as normal during the checkout, selecting BFPO in the country field.

Can I have my order delivered to multiple addresses?
If you would like to send orders to more than one address, please place a separate order for each delivery address.
