Below you will find the answers to some general questions frequently asked about the online shop and our website. If there are questions you might have that are not covered below, please use our contact form.
Registering / creating an account on our website makes ordering online quicker and easier for you. We securely store your information so that when you visit us again online you can simply login with your email and password. This allows you to complete your order without having to enter all of your information each time you shop. However, we do not store your payment details on our website to ensure your security.
We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. These payments are processed by Stripe, one of the leading online payment processing engines. Stripe’s payments also supports advanced payments features such as 3D Secure 2 authentication. We also accept payment via PayPal. No payment information is processed or kept directly on our servers.

Most of our deliveries are despatched by Evri. We offer standard and priority delivery, and orders over £35 also qualify for free delivery. Find our more on our delivery page.

If you forget your password to access your account online we can send you a new password to the email address you have registered with us. Simply go to the MY ACCOUNT at the top of the screen, enter your email address and press the “Lost Your Password” button. You will then receive an email with a link to reset your password.
You can change your personal details, including email address, password, and your billing and shipping addresses in the MY ACCOUNT at the top of the screen.
Our policy is to remove any customer personal data when it is no longer needed.
  • Retain inactive accounts – 36 Months
  • Retain pending orders – 30 Days
  • Retain failed orders – 30 Days
  • Retain cancelled orders – 365 Days
  • Retain completed orders – 5 Years
  • Retain ended subscriptions – 12 Months

You are in complete control of the marketing messages you receive from us. With every email you are offered the chance to unsubscribe. When this is done, only you can re-subscribe. As a business, we get lots of unwanted emails and know how frustrating it can be. We don’t want to be the type of company that sends emails that have no relevance, so you are completely in control.
