What gave you the inspiration to start your blog?
I started the blog for the jewellery business I had at the time.
Twitter didn’t exist and Facebook access was limited to university students so I signed up for a blog as a way to reach out to my customers on a more personal level. It went from informing customers about what goes on behind the scenes of a small, independent business, to showing them different ways of styling their jewellery.
I didn’t have specific plans for it and I didn’t expect it to take off in the way that it has, otherwise I would have created a separate and more personal blog under a different name. It soon grew into what is now: a fashion and beauty blog. Something I am really proud of!
What has been your favourite product from the Bee Good range?
At the moment, I am loving the Bee Good Honey and Wild Mint 3-in-1 Cleansing Water.
It’s so refreshing and it doesn’t dry my skin out like a lot of the cleansing waters I have previously tried. I apply it to my face to remove my make-up before using a hot cloth cleanser to eliminate make up residue and impurities.
Where do you find your fashion inspiration?
I find inspiration on blogs and Pinterest. I am addicted to Pinterest at the moment. It’s so easy to find awesome ideas on there. I try not to get too carried away but once I start pinning, I can’t stop!
What would you like to see in the Bee Good range next?
I know that Bee Good have got a lip balm (which I also love using) so the next thing I’d love to see on there is a lip stick. Lipsticks are one of my favourite make-up product.
In terms of skin and body care, I’d love to see a soap or hand wash. I think a bar of soap or hand wash made of honey would be so good! It would smell delicious!
What is your top spring skincare tip?
Use products with SPF in whenever you can, including make-up, as it’s always important to protect your skin.
