Pep-up Winter Skin With A Gentle Exfoliator

Bee Good Facial Exfoliator Honey & Camelina

Winter skin can really suffer, especially at this time of year.

With central heating sucking the moisturise out of our skin, lack of exercise and the stress of being stuck at home the skin can begin to look really dull and lacklustre.

Our skin naturally renews itself every 28 days, but as we get older this process slows down meaning that skin cells can accumulate on the surface, leaving us with dull, uneven skin which lacks radiance. Whether you have dry, normal, oily or combination skin, exfoliation at least once a week is a really important step in helping to ensure a healthy, glowing complexion.

By exfoliating, you are removing the dead skin cells that accumulate on the top layer of your skin, which in turn will brighten your complexion and help your skincare products absorb and perform at their best. By sloughing away dead skin cells, exfoliation can help to keep pores from becoming clogged which can in turn help to avoid blackheads and spots. Blocked pores can also appear larger, so although you can’t reduce the actual size of your pores, if you are concerned, you can help to diminish their appearance by keeping them clean, unclogged and clear.

More about our Honey & Camelina Facial Exfoliator

Suitable for all skin types, our Honey & Camelina Exfoliator gently yet effectively polishes, hydrates and calms congested and dull skin.

Packed with moisturising and antibacterial British wildflower honey, a natural source of vitamin E, hydrating & protecting camelina oil and exfoliating lavender flowers, our creamy facial treatment gently lifts away dead skin cells to reveal bee-autifully buffed, bright and energised skin.

Did you know?

Camelina oil is packed with omega fatty acids that help moisturise the skin and protect it from free radical damage.

How to use:

After cleansing, apply to clean skin and gently massage in with your fingertips using light, circular movements. Don’t apply too much pressure and don’t ‘scrub’ the skin. The most commonly congested areas of the skin tend to be around the T- zone (the nose, forehead and also the jaw line), so focus your massage in those areas and avoid the delicate eye area. As you massage your face, the gentle milled lavender flowers will help to slough away dead skin cells and stimulate blood flow.

Rinse off the exfoliator with running warm water and dry your face. Follow with your usual moisturiser. Use once or twice a week.
