Step 1. Cleanse.
Honey & Propolis Cream Cleanser – Massage a small amount onto dry skin, over the face and neck. Wet a cloth in warm water, wring out and gently wipe away the cleanser.
Step 2. Exfoliate
Honey & Camelina Facial Exfoliator – use a teaspoon size amount on your fingertips and massage all over the face and next. The tiny exfoliating particles are made from dried lavender flowers and very gently lift of surface debris and deep clean the skin. Massage for a few minutes and then rinse off with running water. Pat dry.
Step 3. Mask
Necta Perfecta Enzyme Mask –Apply with fingertips over the whole of the face and next. The fruit acids in the mask will gently remove dead cells and blockages whilst the honey and propolis will nourish and deeply hydrate the skin. Leave on for 15 minutes while you rest. Try some deep breathing to relax you further and induce a sense of calm. Counting 5 as you inhale and 10 as you exhale. Take the excess mask off with a tissue or warm cloth.
Step 4. Massage
Replenishing Facial Oil with Lunaria, Geranium and Meadowflower-Using a few drops of facial oil on the tips of your fingers massage in firm upward strokes over the whole of the face and next for 5 minutes. This light-weight oil will be absorbed into the skin where the natural peptides will help to nourish and protect while the geranium essential oil will help to relax and rebalance your mind and emotions. Pat off any excess oil and leave the rest to soak in.
Step 5. Lips
Vanilla & Honey Lip Balm – Add a slick of lip balm to the lips to protect them from the drying effects of central heating and the chapping effects of cold winds on your daily walk or run.
